Some tips of how to improve :
Some kind of music, with the option to mute ofc.
The abillity to change the layerlevel of the different parts.
Dont have the text and the bakground almost the same.
I like your idéa, and i enjoyed it for a while :)

If you had some background variation. atleast once every 10th level, you would feel that you've actually made progress in the game and keep playing,
It got kindah boring after 16 levels, but i enjoyed it :P

Ways to improve :
Some game variation ( such as music change, different game styles )
a few more different hills
and maybe the abillity to pause.
